Linda Mason Hunter is a pioneer in the green movement. Since publication of her first book, The Healthy Home: An Attic to Basement Guide 20 years ago, she is a recognized name in journalism, offering well-researched, down-to-earth advice in the fields of green living and home ecology. She has appeared nationally on ABC-TV, CNN, CNBC, MSNBC, PBS, CBC, and Pacifica Radio, and is always looking for new ways to bring the message of inspiring, ecological, and wiser living to wider audiences.

In addition to being a sought-after freelance journalist (two books she produced and wrote sold over a million copies; others sold in the high six figures), Linda is available to speak to all sizes of groups on the issues of home ecology and green living.  She also consults with businesses, manufacturers, and homeowners on green products, green building materials, and green living, including how to reduce your carbon footprint.  She is a certified green building professional (Center on Sustainable Communities, 2006).

Linda is frequently seen on TV and gives presentations to various audiences throughout the year. Here are some samples:

Linda is host of "The Green Zone" on KFMG 99.1 FM in Des Moines, Iowa (streaming at KFMG991.org). Here are five samples from her "Getting Around" series on "The Green Zone."
